Junior Trainee, Trauma Foundations Program
More on this on our trainings page, but this program is intended for those who would like to train in trauma and hone foundational knowledge, curated specially so we don't regurgitate what your university might teach you.
If you're agile, able to multitask, work in high pressure situations with ease and confidence, generate ideas and work through stuck points, this one is for you. You will be personally mentored by senior members of our team and have free access to some lectures and workshops we host, that is related to your syllabus.
20 hours per week, 6 months of immersion and intense work/. We're looking at a space that is reflective, introspective and introceptive spaces.
NOTE: This is not a position you can skate through, only diligence and active engagement will support successful completion.

Founder's Office Intern
This position may appeal to those interested in the management and systems side of mental health services and programs. Interns will support the founder across operations, strategy, and vision-building initiatives.
The role is situated in a fast-paced environment focused on deep research and meaningful impact. Working closely with the founder, interns will gain insight into the intricacies of mental health entrepreneurship, program development, and organizational thinking. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in South Indian languages is strongly preferred. Open to students from Bachelor’s Level 2 onwards.
You will be working closely with a quick-thinking, diligent millennial founder, and applicants are expected to maintain professional boundaries at all times. You will have coordination, management, implementation and development roles. You will engage across health services, research and advocacy and pick one project of your choosing to engage in more actively, to your benefit. Unpaid position.
Due to potential conflicts of interest, applicants who currently run a private practice, or intend to establish one within the next year, may not be eligible for this role.
Associate
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and driven Associate to join our team. This role spans across our three core verticals, including therapeutic healing work, research, advocacy, partnerships, and community outreach.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, confident communicator, and strong relationship-builder. They should be comfortable initiating conversations, building networks, and pitching ideas with clarity and confidence. We value individuals who are creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who can think critically under pressure while remaining grounded, collaborative, and believes in the spirit of community. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree and be trained in at least one trauma-focused modality, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), or other somatic and trauma-informed approaches.
The Associate will enjoy facilitating lectures, workshops, and group spaces in ways that foster engagement, accessibility, and collective participation.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week. Remuneration will be determined based on the experience, skills, and expertise the candidate brings to the position.
