Wellness Services

Not everyone needs or wants psychotherapy to stay well. Our wellness services are designed to offer support in ways that feel right for you—whether it's a quick chat, space where you're heard, experience a sense of belonging and community. Available as individual or group sessions, these provide space for connection and collective care.

Psychotherapy

For everyone, seeking deeper exploration and lasting change, from mental health distress; this is a dedicated space for healing and growth. Our trauma-focused therapy supports individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges.

Training

For those interested in pursuing trauma focused care in various relationships, professionally or personally. As living beings, we're all collectively responsible for a better world. 

Beyond EAPs

We offer a range of workshops and mental health well-being services. If you're concerned about your employees’ mental health—or the overall health of your organization, whether it's workplace politics, low morale, or a misalignment with your original vision—we provide solutions that go beyond traditional EAPs. As trained researchers, we also conduct service evaluation audits, and you can outsource your research projects to us for expert execution.

We are not an emergency service.

 

If you're feeling the need for urgent support, contact your nearest emergency service provide, police station, fire station, hospital etc. 

PRO TIP: We all experience emergencies, keep a list of contacts ready for such situations, so you're not struggling during the emergency to find one. Hand this over to your children, and friends as well, you may not be around always to support them. Pass this message along.
