At CHI, we offer trauma-focused psychotherapy to foster healing and resilience. Rooted in justice-oriented, feedback-informed care, our therapy provides space for deep exploration and sustainable change. Our services are neurodivergent and queer affirmative. We support individuals navigating chronic mental and physical health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, grief, fatigue, and other diagnosed or undiagnosed conditions affecting daily life. We also work with individuals who experience chronic health problems such as IBS, allergies, digestion issues and more. Our services are open to individuals, couples, adolescents and families, tailored to promote balance, strength, and well-being.
PS: The picture you see is that of Sequoia trees; they're known for their resilience despite adversities. The locals say it's almost impossible to destroy them, and they thrive with fire! May be that's a lot like us, who manage to survive despite all else and may be all that you need is a critical support!
